What You Will Do

1. React Native Application Development

- Build Core Mobile Features: Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile application features using React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Own Feature Development: Take end-to-end ownership of features from implementation to performance optimization and production readiness.

2. Mobile Design System





- Own UI Components: Build and maintain a reusable mobile component library with pixel-perfect UI, dynamic sizing, and consistent interaction patterns.
- Build Scalable UI: Partner with Product Designers to translate designs into scalable layouts, reusable components, and smooth micro-interactions.

3. Performance & Architecture

- Optimize App Performance: Improve application performance, memory usage, responsiveness, and overall stability.
- Build Offline-First Experiences: Design and maintain reliable offline-first data synchronization and local data storage.

What You Will Bring

Experience and Fluency

- React Native Development: 3–5 years of hands-on experience building mobile applications using React Native.
- Mobile UI & Design Systems: Robust understanding of React Native UI development, platform-specific design guidelines, visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, and modular UI architecture.
- Core Mobile Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, local data storage, and native mobile development concepts.
- Design System Experience: Experience building and maintaining reusable UI component libraries, design tokens, and scalable design systems.
- Performance & Data: Strong understanding of mobile application performance, memory management, and offline data synchronization.
