The Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and proactive Personal Brand Manager & Content Creator to join the Founder’s Office.

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the founder to build, scale, and manage their personal brand across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Substack, and Reddit. You will be the mastermind behind turning the founder's daily insights, agency wins, and industry hot takes into high-impact posts, short-form videos/Reels, newsletters, and community discussions.

This is a hybrid role based out of Haldwani, requiring 2 days per week in-office for content shoots, ideation sessions, and real-time collaboration, with the remaining days worked remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Platform Content Strategy & Execution:

Plan, draft, and publish high-converting written content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Substack, and Reddit.

Ideate, script, record, and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) featuring the founder during in-office days.

Founder Voice Capture & Repurposing:

Turn raw thoughts from quick voice notes, client calls,



and internal meetings into structured posts, essays, and visual content.

Maintain an active content calendar and ensure consistent daily posting schedules across platforms.

In-Person Shoot & Production (Haldwani Office Days):

Conceptualize video ideas, setup quick phone shoots, direct the founder, and handle video editing for Instagram Reels and visual assets.

Community Engagement & Growth:

Monitor comments, DMs, and relevant industry conversations across platforms to keep the brand active, responsive, and top-of-mind.

Build organic relationships with peers, creators, and prospective clients through thoughtful commentary.

Analytics & Iteration:

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, inbound leads) to continuously refine content hooks, video formats, and messaging strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong Writing & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to capture someone else's tone, write punchy hooks, and break down complex ideas into transparent, engaging text.

End-to-End Short-Form Video Skills: Comfortable scripting, filming on a phone, directing video shoots, and editing Reels/Shorts using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Canva.

Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of the algorithms, culture, and formatting norms on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Substack, and Reddit.

Proactive & Independent: Ability to extract content ideas from a busy founder without needing step-by-step handholding.

Hybrid Commitment (Haldwani): Ability to work from the Haldwani office 2 days a week for shoot days and brainstorming sessions.

Bonus Points: Prior experience in B2B copywriting, founder branding, personal agency management, or running your own social channels.
