Summary:
Manage SAP data migration diagnostic and delivery workstreams, perform evidence-based analysis, build object-level remediation plans, and facilitate teams through migration recovery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage data-object inventories, source profiling, relevancy rules, cleansing backlogs, source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, dependencies and load sequencing.
2. Coordinate migration build and execution using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, staging tables, direct transfer, Migration Object Modeler, SAP Data Services, Syniti or approved program tooling.
3. Maintain evidence-based RAG ratings, data-quality findings, reconciliation gaps, defects, risks, dependencies, decisions and prioritised remediation backlogs.
4. Plan and assure mock migrations, dress rehearsal and production runs with entry and exit criteria, production-representative volumes, runtime evidence and rollback triggers.
5. Lead source-to-target reconciliation across extract, transform and load stages coordinate business validation and sign-off for master, transactional and financial data.
6. Facilitate client and SI workshops, assure mapping, load and test deliverables, prepare steering materials, and escalate object or cutover risks with evidence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Must To Have Skills: SAP data migration for SAP S/4HANA, migration strategy, data-object scoping, profiling, cleansing, source-to-target mapping, transformation, load execution, mock cycles, reconciliation, cutover and business sign-off.
2. Good to have Skills: SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, Migration Object Modeler, staging tables and direct transfer SAP Data Services/BODS, Syniti ADMM, SQL, ABAP, IDoc, BAPI,



SLT, MDG and data-quality tooling.
3. Experience migrating master data, open transactions and balances from SAP and non-SAP sources into SAP S/4HANA, with knowledge of cross-object dependencies and functional validation.
4. Experience with version-controlled mapping rules, data lineage, audit evidence, restartability, idempotency, volume testing, delta strategy, defect management and cutover runbooks
5. Demonstrated experience in distressed data-migration diagnostics, stabilization, turnaround planning, remediation governance and recovery execution, with evidence of improving data quality, reconciliation coverage, cycle predictability, cutover readiness or go-live confidence.

AI and Digital Expectations:
1. Use Microsoft Copilot, SAP Generative AI and other approved AI tools to analyse profiling outputs, mapping documents, migration logs, defect data, reconciliation results, RAID logs and cutover plans identify patterns, dependencies, inconsistencies and anomalies.
2. Apply human validation, confidentiality, security, bias awareness, traceability and compliance with client and organisational policies to all AI-assisted outputs.

Leadership and Stakeholder Competencies:
1. Communicate evidence-based migration findings clearly, facilitate accountable decisions and collaborate across business data owners, process teams, architecture, engineering, testing, cutover, SI and third-party vendors.
2. Coach team members, own outcomes appropriate to the level, and escalate material data or go-live risks with clear evidence and recommended actions.

Desirable Experience:
1. Relevant SAP certifications or training in SAP S/4HANA data migration, Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP MDG or related data technologies.
2. Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain,



Manufacturing, Asset Management or HR migration objects and to regulated or audit-sensitive data environments.

Additional Information:
1. Typically 10-14 years of relevant SAP, data-conversion or enterprise application delivery experience.
2. A 15 years full-time education is required.
