Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our growing technology practice. In this role, you will design, configure, and implement enterprise-scale SPM solutions, bridging the gap between strategic business goals and technical execution. You will work closely with PMOs, product owners, and stakeholders to transform portfolio, project, and financial management processes on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- SPM Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SPM modules-including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Agile Development 2.0, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.

- Solution Architecture & Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, upgrade-safe, and high-performance ServiceNow technical solutions.





- Core Platform Development: Build robust customizations utilizing Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

- Integrations: Design and develop seamless integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise financial, agile, or ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

- Portals & Workspaces: Configure and enhance Workspace Experiences, Next Experience components, and Service Portals tailored to portfolio and project managers.

- Performance & Governance: Ensure platform health by adhering to best practices, optimizing scripts and queries, conducting code reviews, and minimizing technical debt.

- Collaboration & Mentoring: Act as a technical subject matter expert, guiding junior developers, conducting design workshops, and partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders.
