Experiended Sharepoint Admin who will deliver the following project outcomes in
support of the successful completion of the SharePoint migration workstream (
Migration of Sharepoint to Google Drive as part of M365 to GWP migration)
SharePoint Discovery Deliverable
Carry out discovery of all SharePoint sites and identify those exceeding Google
Workspace platform limits (e.g. 500,000 items or 100 nested folder levels).
Site Assessment Deliverable
Assess flagged sites in detail to understand content volume, structure and complexity,
and document findings for the wider migration team.
Business Liaison & Consolidation Deliverable
Liaise with business stakeholders and site owners to review flagged sites and agree an
approach to consolidate, clean up or restructure data ahead of migration.
Data Rationalisation Deliverable
Identify redundant, obsolete or duplicate (ROT) content and work with the business to
agree what should be archived, deleted or left behind rather than migrated.
Site List Deliverable
Produce and maintain a validated list of SharePoint sites to be migrated,



including
ownership, priority and any special handling requirements.
Migration Blocker Deliverable
Flag migration blockers arising from site structure, permissions complexity or content
type incompatibility, and work with the migration partner to resolve them.
Migration Testing & Go-Live Support Deliverable
Support validation of migrated SharePoint content against the agreed site list during
testing (UAT) and go-live.
Documentation Deliverable
Document the discovery, consolidation and site-list process to support knowledge
transfer and any future platform governance.
Specialist SharePoint Consultancy
Provide specialist consultancy services supporting the successful delivery of SharePoint
discovery and consolidation activities across the wider Google Workspace Migration
Programme, acting as the principal point of contact for business stakeholders regarding
their SharePoint sites
