Job Description: 8 BDC7A Oracle EBS Plan to Fullfill (PTF) Senior Support ResourceThe EBS Plan to Fullfill (PTF) Senior Support Resource will be responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement across the Plan to Fullfill (PTF) processes within the Oracle DevOps organization supporting multiple Oracle ERP instances across JCI.Key Responsibilities Act as the functional SME for Oracle EBS Plan to Fullfill (PTF), supporting business users and driving timely incident resolution.? Support daily supply chain operations, Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PTF processes including item master data management, Shipments, printing of shipment documents, costing transactions, transfer orders, SLA structure of Costing module, misc. issues for different types, sourcing, manufacturing and month end closure and costing reconciliations. Monitor and resolve integration issues across Oracle and associated edge applications. Coordinate with Oracle functional and technical teams, Value Stream Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimization, to reduce recurring incidents and manual effort. Lead resolution of critical incidents (P1/P2) in accordance with JCI Major Incident Management processes. Prepare and communicate support metrics, KPIs,



and value stream performance updates to regional and global DevOps leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 15+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS applications. Strong Expertise and Deep functional knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within Inventory, Item Master, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Costing, Sourcing, Manufacturing areas Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS environments. Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a quick-paced, high-pressure support environment.
