Role Description The Director of Property Management is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the Authority’s property portfolio. This role includes planning and directing property operations, ensuring optimal occupancy, overseeing lease administration, and maintaining asset value across commercial and healthcare-related real estate. The Director will manage budgeting and financial performance of properties, monitor service quality, coordinate maintenance and facilities management, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading property management teams, building solid relationships with tenants and stakeholders,



resolving complex operational issues, and supporting strategic real estate initiatives aligned with the Authority’s objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Property Management and Commercial Real Estate, with experience overseeing multi-site or complex portfolios.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting and financial oversight, including forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and stakeholder management, with a focus on tenant satisfaction and relationship building.
- Extensive leadership experience managing property or facilities teams, with the ability to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, real estate operations, and implementation of property management policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., RICS, CPM) are an advantage.
- Experience working within regulated environments or healthcare
