Program Description The Data Analyst Traineeship program at MedTourEasy is a remote program focused on learning and supporting data-driven decision-making. On a day-to-day basis, the trainee will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, and help with basic data analysis and reporting under guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities include supporting data modeling tasks, preparing simple dashboards or visual summaries, and contributing to documentation of methods and findings. The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate analysis results in clear terms,



and participate in regular check-ins to review progress and learn best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a keen interest in problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess foundational Data Analytics skills, including working with datasets and basic tools or software.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics to understand and interpret quantitative information.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic Data Modeling skills or a willingness to learn structured approaches to organizing data.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and introductory experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or having completed studies in a quantitative, technical, or related field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and demonstrate a robust motivation to learn in a trainee capacity.
