About ACMOBOOK

ACMOBOOK is a talent marketplace connecting businesses with DJs, singers, influencers, content creators, celebrities, anchors, models, speakers and other professional talent for events, brand collaborations, marketing campaigns and paid opportunities.

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) who can connect with brands, agencies, clubs and event companies to onboard businesses and generate genuine hiring requirements through ACMOBOOK.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with brands, advertising agencies, influencer marketing agencies, clubs, hotels, event companies and other potential clients.

Approach decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and email.

Introduce ACMOBOOK and explain how businesses can discover and hire talent through our platform.

Encourage businesses to register and post their talent requirements.

Generate opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer campaigns, events and talent bookings.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.





Follow up with prospects and convert them into active clients.

Coordinate with the internal team to help clients find suitable talent.

Maintain lead databases and track business development activities.

Achieve monthly targets for business onboarding, qualified requirements and bookings.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence in approaching business owners, marketing managers and agency representatives.

Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp for business outreach.

A proactive, target-oriented and persuasive approach.

Ability to handle cold calling and follow-ups.

Experience in sales, business development, influencer marketing, events, advertising or hospitality is preferred.

- Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
