About the Role

We are looking for a talented and innovative AI Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), building intelligent automation solutions, and integrating AI capabilities into real-world business applications.

You will work on exciting AI initiatives involving Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent agents, and automation to solve business problems and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions.
- Build applications using Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Develop AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Integrate AI models and services through APIs, including OpenAI and other leading AI platforms.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise documents, databases, and knowledge sources.
- Develop intelligent AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Work with Python, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based AI services.
- Implement vector databases and semantic search for efficient information retrieval.
- Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Follow best practices for AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, and application scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of AI applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong programming skills in Python.




- Practical experience building applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, tokenization, and model inference.
- Experience developing RAG-based applications and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and developing backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases; experience with NoSQL databases is an advantage.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of Git, software testing, debugging, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with LangGraph, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, or tool calling.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying production-grade applications.
- Exposure to model evaluation, observability, guardrails, and AI governance.
- Experience with open-source LLMs and model-serving frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps or LLMOps practices.
- A portfolio of AI projects, GitHub repositories, or deployed AI applications.
