We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff –
- Ticketing &
- Check-in. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and friendly service to passengers at the airport, including ticketing, check-in, and boarding procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
•
- Issue tickets, process payments, and handle any ticketing inquiries or issues.
•
- Check-in passengers and their baggage, ensuring all necessary documents and identification are in order.
•
- Provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.
•
- Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
•
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
•
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
•
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications:
•
- High school diploma or equivalent.
•
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
•
- Knowledge of airline ticketing and check-in procedures is an asset.
•
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
•
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
Working
Conditions
•
- This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
•
- Shifts may vary and can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•
- Work is primarily indoors, but may involve some outdoor duties.
•
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
