Orbit Training Centre is looking for a skilled, dedicated CAD Software Trainer to train students and corporate professionals in industry-standard CAD, BIM and quantity surveying tools across mechanical, civil, MEP and architectural streams. You'll also help shape our engineering programs, workshops and course content.

Responsibilities

Deliver training: Plan and run practical sessions on SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino and related software for individual learners and corporate teams.

Online & offline delivery: Conduct both in-class and live online sessions (Zoom/Teams/Google Meet), keeping remote learners just as engaged as classroom learners.

Mechanical design: Teach part modeling, assemblies, sheet metal, 2D drawings, GD&T; basics and design for manufacturing.

BIM & architecture: Train learners in Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) and Rhino for 3D and freeform modeling.

Quantity surveying: Teach quantity take-off from drawings, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and cost estimation using AutoCAD, PlanSwift and Excel.

Guide learner progress: Track progress,



give feedback and prepare learners for real-world projects and job roles.

Develop course materials: Create and update lesson plans, exercises, assessments and project-based modules.

Run workshops: Organize skill-development workshops, seminars and corporate programs.

Support projects: Assist with supervising design and QS projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Stay current: Keep up with software updates, industry trends and best practices.
