Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor onboarding, procurement coordination, contract management, cost optimization, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on business requirements.

- Manage vendor relationships, performance reviews, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Maintain vendor databases, documentation, and performance records.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve operational issues.

- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and contractual obligations.

2. Procurement

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase orders (POs), and delivery tracking.

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and cost efficiency.

- Coordinate with finance and business teams for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.





- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with organizational requirements.

- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives.

3. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Verify and maintain vendor documents, contracts, tax details, and statutory compliance records.

- Conduct vendor due diligence and support risk assessments and compliance audits.

- Track contract validity, compliance requirements, and renewal timelines.

- Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits.
