Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Project Management with 13+ years of experience in managing complex technology projects, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-to-end project delivery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering multiple projects within defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The candidate should have strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.

- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, business, infrastructure, and external partners.

- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.

- Identify potential delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.

- Manage project scope and ensure effective change control.

- Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics.

- Conduct regular project status reviews and provide executive-level reporting.





- Act as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.

- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or escalations.

- Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals.

- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and forecasting.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery practices.

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SDLC processes, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Mentor and develop project managers and team members.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote effective delivery practices where applicable.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on portfolio planning, prioritization, and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 13+ years of overall experience in project/program management, preferably within the IT/software industry.

- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technology projects.

- Strong experience in project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery.

- Experience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong stakeholder and client management experience.





- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.

- Experience with project financials, budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation-management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.

- Experience managing technology transformation or digital initiatives.

- Exposure to cloud, application development, data, AI/ML, or enterprise technology projects.

- Experience with program/portfolio management is an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

A master's degree or relevant professional certification in project/program management is an advantage.
