Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team within the US Healthcare RCM process.
- Ensure high-quality delivery across Cash Posting, Billing, Claim Adjudication, and Charge Entry functions.
- Conduct quality audits, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with client SLAs.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team quality standards.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- Strong domain expertise in Cash Posting, Billing, Claim Adjudication, and Charge Entry.
- Positive understanding of quality frameworks, audits, and process improvement.
- Prior team handling/people management experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
