Experience
6+ years business analysis, 3+ years on Adobe Workfront or comparable work management platforms
Role summary
Bridges Client's business teams and the build team. Turns the completed design and Client's answers into explicit user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios and training content, organised by persona.
Key responsibilities
- Trace each requirement statement to a disposition and user story, and maintain the requirement traceability matrix.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for forms, blueprints, task-library groups, approvals and dashboards.
- Capture job types and map them to blueprint and task-set combinations within the agreed baseline.
- Document approval rules for Business, Legal and Regulatory review, including MLR days by brand.
- Coordinate pilot-cycle feedback, log it, and help prioritise refinements at Pilot Review.
- Draft UAT scenarios by persona and support Client testers through execution and sign-off.
- Produce role-based training materials, quick reference guides and job aids for the train-the-trainer cascade.
- Track adoption leading indicators by persona during the 90-day acceptance window.
Must have
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills with business and creative stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Workfront concepts: request queues, templates, approvals, custom forms and reporting.
- Experience writing UAT scripts and supporting business testers.
- Clear, structured writing for training materials.
Nice to have
- Marketing, creative operations or agency workflow background.
- Exposure to regulated review processes (MLR) in life sciences.
- Change management or training delivery experience.
Certifications
- Adobe Workfront Project Manager certification preferred.
- Business analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA or equivalent) is a plus.
