- Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM for Health Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, and Job & Automation Monitoring.

- Onboard SAP systems and services into Cloud ALM.

- Configure SAP IAS SSO, SAP BTP roles, Cloud Connector, alerts, dashboards, and reporting.

- Define monitoring standards, KPIs, thresholds, and operational procedures.

- Support security assessments, penetration testing, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.

- Create technical documentation, monitoring handbooks, and conduct support team training.

Required Skills

- SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

- SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, SAP IBP
