Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration within the team.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Experience in configuring and customizing financial modules within SAP S/4HANA environments.- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP FI and other enterprise modules.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing SAP FI S/4HANA processes.- Knowledge of data migration and validation techniques within SAP financial systems.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ A 15 years full time education is required.
