Job Description
Responsibilities
v Handling IT related activities at in Unit-I and Unit-II.
Ø Responsible for GxP-related IT activities.

Ø Implementation of standard operating procedure as per current good manufacturing practice and guidelines issued by Quality Assurance.

Ø Maintain the Chromeleon and Non-Chromeleon application systems and servers as per infrastructure policies.

Ø Implementation and review of desktop policies on all the respective GxP systems.

Ø Implementation and adherence to applicable SOP’s.

Ø To Maintain IT Documents as per cGMP.

Ø Provide technical support to the vendors during any new installation or troubleshooting to IT Infrastructure.

Ø Preparation, Review, Execution of Qualification and Validation document with respect to Information Technology.

Ø Imparting training to engineers with respect to cGMP and principles of Information Technology.

Ø Co-ordinate with corporate information technology team for remote software and web applications.

Ø Provide assistance to Lab for IT support or any IT related issue.

Ø Review of SCOM alert mechanisms of IT Infrastructure.

Ø Co-ordinate with Team members and troubleshoot the IT related problems.

Ø Any other responsibility, assignment allocated by Team leader / Section Head.

Responsible to follow all EHS guidelines & work instructions to carried out assign activities 100 % Compliance to PPEs usage Adherence of LSR.

To work as per the competence or assign task.

To participate in the training programs.

Awareness of Emergency Preparedness plans & responding to emergency.

Report the EHS incident to the officer/Manager & EHS Person.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project support Basic understanding of IT systems, software development, or infrastructure Familiarity with project management tools Solid organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience working in enterprise or multi-project environments Key Competencies Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Stakeholder coordination Documentation and reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities Reporting To IT Project Manager
