Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, standard operating
procedures (SOPs), and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance.
* Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of current
processes and practices, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement.
* Manage and execute Transformation projects independently for internal
stakeholders across the Value Stream . Lead the creation of current and future
state value stream maps to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for
improvement.
* Identify opportunities for automation and digital tools to enhance process
efficiency and effectiveness.
* Responsible for spearheading initiatives to enhance value streams by
integrating process excellence methodologies with digital technologies
* Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, Implement lean
methodologies and create processes and procedures across Value Streams.
* Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to
streamline operations, reduce cycle times, and eliminate non-value-added
activities.
* Develop a structured qualification program encompassing various levels
(e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) to standardize process excellence competencies
across the organization.
* Work closely with stakeholders across departments to design and implement
process changes that align with organizational goals.
* Lead process audit efforts for identified value streams for compliance on
defined processes.
* Deep understanding of DMAIC frameworks,



waste elimination (Muda, Mura,
Muri), cycle-time reduction, and root-cause analysis.
* Understanding of structured audit execution, compliance monitoring, and
root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, A3 problem solving.)
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to
influence without formal authority

Ideal Candidate:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a
related discipline
* 8+ years experience within commercial functions across industries like
Automotive, CPG, FMCG, High-Tech is mandatory for this role.
* Certifications as a Lean Practitioner/ Six Sigma Green Belt, or Certified
ISO Internal Auditor will be an added advantage
* Advanced proficiency in creating & analyzing workflow design, mapping
current vs. future states process, and identifying bottlenecks, waste, and
friction points.
* Ability to design, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) and best practices to ensure compliance and quality control.
* Familiarity or hands-on experience in commercial functions like Sales,
Marketing, Service, Dealer Development, Customer Service, Customer Experience
is highly desirable.
* 100% on-schedule completion of process mapping/ VSM workflow and deployment
for the identified value streams.
* Timely completion of assigned process audits along with management
report-out of findings.
* Minimizing recurring value stream process gaps and operational bottlenecks
via improvements
