RequirementsRequirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in active listening and the ability to interpret customer needs accurately.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex situations with ease.
- Show expertise in customer handling and relationship management.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have a solid background in voice process operations and query resolution.
- Salary range: ₹1-3 LPA.
