Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote Yacine Academy’s training programs and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, coordinating with instructors and administrative staff to highlight program offerings, and analyzing marketing performance to optimize outreach. The role also involves organizing events or information sessions, managing content for social media and the website,



and maintaining relationships with partners and prospective learners. This is a full-time, in office role based in Oran. Qualifications
• Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
• Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, online advertising, and basic analytics.
• Ability to create clear, engaging marketing content and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across academic and administrative teams.
• Organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in education, training, or tech-related sectors (networks, telecommunications, programming) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and French is beneficial; additional language skills are a plus.
