Key Responsibilities
• Build and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, voice gateways, device pools, partitions, CSS, route patterns, and dial plans.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Cisco CUBE, dial peers, codecs, DTMF, RTP/SRTP, TLS, and carrier connectivity.
• Manage PSTN services, DID allocation, number porting, toll-free numbers, and inbound/outbound call routing.
• Migrate Cisco IP phones, softphones, conference devices, voicemail, auto attendants, hunt groups, and analog endpoints.
• Support Five9/contact-center integration and validate call flows.
• Troubleshoot voice VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NTP, QoS, and gateway connectivity.
• Execute site-by-site cutovers, rollback procedures, voice testing, hypercare,



and operational handover. Mandatory Technical Skills

• PSTN Integration, DID Migration & Number Porting
• Enterprise Site Voice Migration & Cutover Execution
• Cisco IP Phones, Dial Plans & Call Routing
• Carrier Coordination & Voice Troubleshooting
• Client-Facing Communication & Stakeholder Management Mandatory Certification Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core (350-801 CLCOR), CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration. Preferred: CLACC, CLHCT, and prior enterprise voice migration experience.
