You’ll build the systems that make the world’s best models useful for companies: with their own knowledge, their own assistants and their own workflows, safely. What you’ll do
• Build our retrieval systems so every answer draws on company knowledge, with sources.
• Develop assistants and multi-step AI workflows that automate real work.




• Integrate and evaluate current models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and others.
• Build automatic model routing so every request goes to the best model.
• Measure quality with evals and make the results better every week. You’re a fit if
• You have solid experience with Python or TypeScript.
• You’ve built and shipped products with LLMs, not just experiments.
• You know RAG, embeddings, agents or evals from practice.
• You care more about real-world impact than about the latest benchmark.
• You speak good English. German is a plus. You’re probably not a fit if
• you’d rather train models than build products.
• you need detailed tickets before you get started.
