• Minimum 10 years of core recruitment experience, with at least 8+ years dedicated experience in to Contract Staffing / C2H models.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Manage contract staffing operations, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and recruitment partners.
• Handle bulk hiring, niche requirements, and urgent client demands.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, closures, joining ratios, and turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordinate with sales, business development, HR, payroll, and compliance teams.
• Ensure timely deployment of contract employees and adherence to client SLAs.
• Manage recruiter productivity, performance reviews, and daily recruitment reports.
• Drive vendor management, cost optimization, and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
