Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Jaipur. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting Arrow Powertech’s products and services in assigned territories. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves coordinating marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, collecting market intelligence,



and providing training or product demonstrations to customers and partners as needed. Collaboration with internal teams to improve customer experience, streamline sales processes, and report performance metrics is an integral part of the position. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients, handling inquiries, and building lasting relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills for lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and knowledge-sharing to customers and team members.
• Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or power technology sectors is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel within the region when required, and adapt to a field-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
