? Salary: ₹22,000 Gross per Month

? Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day Off

? Job Responsibilities

Handle patient queries over calls and provide appropriate support.

Assist patients with appointments and service-related concerns.

Maintain patient records and update details in the system.

Resolve queries professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.

Coordinate with relevant teams to address patient concerns.

✅ FRESHERS WITH VALUABLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS&CONFIDENCE; WILL BE GIVEN FIRST PREFERENCE.

? FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY.

Candidates with 6 months-1 year of relevant experience can also apply.





Basic computer te, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
