Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and ARC processes on mild steel, stainless steel, Carbon Steel and structural components

Read and interpret engineering drawings, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), and symbols

Ensure accurate joint preparation, alignment, and dimensional control

Conduct visual inspection of welds to meet quality standards and avoid defects (porosity, cracks, undercut, etc.)

Carry out rework and repair welding as per quality feedback

Maintain proper electrode handling, gas usage, and machine settings

Follow 5S standards, shop floor discipline, and production timelines

Ensure strict adherence to safety norms, PPE usage, and EHS guidelines

Coordinate with production supervisors and quality inspectors
