We are looking for a motivated Collection Executive to join our team in Guntur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers. This position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Reach out to customers via phone, email, or in person to remind them of overdue payments, ensuring polite and professional interaction.
- Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers, accurately recording transactions and updating account records to ensure data integrity.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle any disputes or queries raised by customers regarding their accounts, investigating issues and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on collections, outstanding payments, and follow-up activities to keep the management informed about the collection status.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Good communication skills are essential,
as you will be interacting with customers regularly. You should be able to convey messages clearly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is beneficial, along with the ability to work with numbers and manage transactions accurately.
- A cooperative attitude is important, as teamwork may be required in this role to achieve collection goals.
- A detail-oriented approach is necessary to ensure all records are maintained correctly, and no information is overlooked.
