Job Description: Operations Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations and coordination. The ideal candidate should possess robust MS Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal departments, banking partners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data.
Manage and analyze data using MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Dashboard creation.
Track operational activities, follow-ups, pending tasks, and turnaround times (TAT).




Ensure timely communication and coordination between different teams.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports.
Identify discrepancies and support the timely resolution of operational issues.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role.
Robust proficiency in MS Excel, particularly VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Dashboards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in the fintech or banking industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
