We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant fresher to support our accounts and finance department with daily accounting, billing, documentation, and data entry tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial documents.
Perform data entry of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
Assist in bank reconciliation and verify bank transactions.
Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and other financial documents.
Support the accounts team with GST-related documentation and basic accounting work.
Verify bills and expenses and report any discrepancies to the senior accountant.




Coordinate with other departments for billing and payment-related information.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic understanding of Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.
Valuable numerical and data-entry skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of a senior accountant.

Educational Qualification
B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant commerce qualification preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
