Daily Activity Targets

Physical Customer Visits: Minimum 10 visits per day to hardware shops, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and fabrication companies.

Online Party Discussions: Minimum 20 meaningful customer discussions per day through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, or other online channels.

Recent Lead Generation: Identify and generate recent potential customers daily through market visits, online research, Google Maps, business directories, referrals, and other relevant sources.

Customer Database Development: Collect and maintain customer details, including company/shop name, contact person, mobile number, location, business type, and product requirements.

Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with new leads, existing customers, quotations, pending orders, and prospective buyers.

Order Conversion: Convert qualified leads into enquiries,



quotations, and confirmed orders for Mishapa India's products.

Daily Reporting: Submit a daily report to management covering physical visits, online discussions, recent leads generated, follow-ups, quotations, and orders received.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed monthly salary based on experience and suitability. Additional sales incentives based on company policy and performance. Travel allowance, if applicable, as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
