Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based at Infinity Cars – Mini Cooper in Mumbai. The Sales Manager oversees the showroom sales team, ensuring they meet individual and team targets while delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead follow-up and test drives to negotiations, finance coordination, and final delivery. The role involves monitoring sales performance, forecasting and reporting, implementing sales strategies, and driving promotional activities in collaboration with marketing.



The Sales Manager is expected to coach and mentor sales consultants, maintain solid relationships with customers and corporate clients, and uphold brand standards and dealership policies.

Qualifications
Strong skills in automotive sales management, showroom operations, and customer relationship handling.
Proficiency in lead management, sales forecasting, and pipeline tracking using CRM and dealership systems.
Ability to conduct product presentations, test drives, and value-based sales conversations for premium vehicles.
Experience collaborating with finance, insurance, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales leadership; prior experience with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent skilled experience will be considered.
Comfort with on-site work in Mumbai, including weekend and holiday shifts as per dealership operating hours.
