We are looking for highly proficient French-speaking specialists (C1 Certified) with experience in international voice support. The candidate will handle customer interactions in French, provide excellent customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions in French via voice support.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining SLAs and KPIs.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Mandatory Requirements
French Language Certification – C1 Level (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working from office (5 days a week).
Immediate to short notice joiners preferred.
