ensuring consistent engagement and service delivery.Loan Handling:Oversee the end-to-end process of Commercial Vehicle loans (both new and used), from customer onboarding to loan disbursement.Loan Processing:Facilitate the complete loan process for vehicle financing, ensuring smooth documentation, verification, and timely approvals.Collections Follow-Up:Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments and address arrears to ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies.Market Development:Explore and develop recent market areas, gathering relevant market intelligence to support business growth and strategy.Sales Generation:Proactively identify and create new market prospects to drive sales and expand the customer base.Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
