Urgent opening Accountant - Vashi Mumbai

Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Monthly Salary ₹25,000 per month

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with solid knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, accounting entries, GST and financial documentation. The candidate will maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally.

 Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, payments and expense records.

 Maintain accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

 Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain bank records.

 Assist with GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance documentation.

 Prepare monthly reports,



expense statements and outstanding-payment reports in Excel.

 Maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting financial documents.

 Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounts.

 Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

 Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.

 Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and invoicing.

 Positive numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

 Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
