Role Description
We are expanding our lifestyle vertical and looking for a highly experienced Purchase Manager – Apparel & Lifestyle Sourcing to lead factory sourcing and vendor development.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard compliant factories (SEDEX / BSCI / WRAP preferred)
Negotiate costing and commercial terms
Vendor development and relationship management
Capacity planning & production follow-ups
Ensure quality compliance as per brand standards
Handle sampling to bulk conversion
Maintain solid costing sheets and margin structures
Ensure factories meet audit and ethical standards
