Data Transcription: Type out handwritten notes, printed text from poor-quality scans, or dictated audio recordings into the official company database. [1]
Quality Control: Proofread generated texts to catch spelling, punctuation, and layout errors, maintaining a target accuracy rate of 98% or higher. [1]
Index & File Management: Label, index, and organize scanned materials using structured naming conventions into digital archives. [1]
Information Security: Handle sensitive data—such as medical charts or legal records—with strict confidentiality in line with organizational compliance guidelines. [1]
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor scanner performance, adjust settings for explicit resolution, and report hardware or software glitches immediately
