Set up, launch and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other performance channels.
Monitor daily performance and optimize budgets, bids, audiences and creatives to hit ROAS, CPA, CPI and CVR targets.
Support the full funnel: Ad → Landing Page/App → Registration → Deposit/Payment → Revenue.
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers and campaign structures, and document learnings.
Assist with retargeting, remarketing and re-engagement campaigns.
Track and report key metrics (spend, CTR, CPI, CPA, CAC, CVR, ROAS, LTV, revenue) through daily and weekly dashboards.
Identify drops in performance and escalate or fix issues with data-backed suggestions.
Follow Google Ads and Meta Ads policies; flag potential policy risks in creatives, copy and landing pages before launch.
Support account health: monitor disapprovals and restrictions, assist with appeals and recovery, and help maintain backup account structures.
Coordinate with Creative, Product, Tech and Analytics teams for creatives, tracking and landing page changes.

Required Skills & Experience




6 months – 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
Working knowledge of key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPI, CTR, CVR and LTV.
Comfortable with data: Excel / Google Sheets, and ability to read dashboards and draw conclusions.
Basic understanding of conversion tracking (pixels, events, UTMs, MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust).
Awareness of ad policies and willingness to learn policy-sensitive advertising.
Solid attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to work in a rapid-moving workplace.

Preferred (Added Advantage)
Exposure to Gaming / RMG / Betting or other high-risk, policy-sensitive industries.
Experience handling ad account disapprovals, restrictions or suspensions, including appeals.
Familiarity with account warm-up and managing multiple ad accounts.
Experience in OTT / Streaming, Subscription Apps, Dating / Social, Health & Wellness or Fintech.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4 or Looker Studio.
