Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain the required service or repairs.
Provide service cost estimates and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Keep customers informed about service progress and additional repair requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and follow dealership service procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns.
Follow up with customers after service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle maintenance.
Positive coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma / Degree.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with automobile service experience may apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
