About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our US IT Staffing firm. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, securing staffing contracts, and expanding our footprint across key US markets — placing consultants on a W2 basis.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new client accounts (direct clients and MSPs) across the US.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking events.
Present staffing solutions and capabilities to hiring managers, procurement heads, and HR leaders.
Negotiate and close staffing contracts, MSAs (Master Service Agreements), and SOWs.
Build long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity reports in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity,



and market demands in IT staffing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in sales or business development within US IT staffing.
Proven track record of acquiring current clients and closing staffing contracts.
Strong understanding of IT skill sets and staffing models.
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMSs (Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.).
Excellent cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn, etc.).
Ability to work independently and in US time zones.
