Glowandbeam is a beauty and skincare distribution company bringing innovative international skincare brands to the Indian market. We are the official importer and national distributor of GINGER6, a Korean skincare brand known for its patented Ginger Water Technology and functional skincare formulations.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, brand building, public relations, and social media. This role offers an chance to contribute to the company's marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth through both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
SEO & Website Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and improve organic search visibility.
Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, develop content calendars, and coordinate engaging posts, reels and campaigns.
Public Relations: Coordinate with media representatives to enhance brand visibility and PR outreach.
Marketing & Brand Activations: Support online and offline campaigns, promotional events, pop-up stalls,



product launches, and brand collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing metrics, and provide insights to improve results.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, marketing communications, or PR.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Canva.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Willingness to coordinate with external agencies and business partners.
