Supervise and guide waiters, stewards, and other service staff during the shift.
Allocate tables, sections, and duties to service staff.
Conduct pre-shift briefing and communicate daily instructions, special items, and offers.
Welcome guests and ensure courteous and qualified customer service.
Assist customers with seating and explain menu items when required.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
Monitor food presentation, portion, quality, and service standards.
Check tables regularly and ensure customers' requirements are attended to promptly.
Handle customer feedback, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate reliable issues to the Restaurant Manager.
Ensure proper table setup, clearing, cleaning, and resetting of tables.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and discipline of the service team.
Ensure restaurant SOPs and food safety procedures are followed.
Monitor the availability of cutlery, crockery, glasses, tissues, and other service materials.
Report shortages, breakages, damages,



and wastage to the concerned manager.
Assist in stock checking and control of restaurant service items.
Promote additional food items, beverages, special dishes, and offers to increase sales.
Verify bills and assist the billing/cashier team whenever required.
Ensure correct order posting in the POS system.
Coordinate with the billing counter for smooth and accurate settlement of customer bills.
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Ensure proper handover of pending issues and operational information between shifts.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational targets.
Train and guide new service staff on restaurant procedures and customer service.
Maintain positive coordination between the kitchen, service team, billing counter, and management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
