We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to assist customers, showcase jewellery collections, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good product knowledge, communication skills, and a qualified approach.

Responsibilities:

● Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.

● Guide customers through gold, silver, and diamond jewellery collections.

● Explain product details, pricing, purity, making charges, and ongoing offers.

● Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

● Maintain assigned jewellery counters and ensure products are properly displayed and secured.

● Conduct opening and closing stock checks and report any discrepancies to the manager.

● Prepare bills, handle payments, and complete sales transactions accurately.

● Maintain proper stock of product bags and boxes and replace them as required.

● Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.





● Maintain and promote the company culture, values, and professional work environment.

Requirements

● Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

● 1–3 years of retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury retail experience is an advantage.

● Good communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

● Basic knowledge of gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry trends.

● Basic mathematical skills for billing and transactions.

● Qualified grooming, punctuality, and a customer-friendly attitude.

● Honest, reliable, and comfortable working in a premium retail setting.

● Willingness to stand and interact with customers for extended periods.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
