Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Faculty to train and mentor students in culinary arts. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training, ensuring students gain hands-on experience in cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct practical and theory classes in cooking and kitchen management.
Train students in Indian, South Indian, and basic international cuisines.
Demonstrate food preparation, presentation, and plating techniques.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Teach hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Plan lesson schedules and prepare training materials.
Monitor student performance and provide feedback.
Assist students in internships and placement support.




Maintain discipline and safety in the training kitchen.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Good teaching and communication skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Creativity in food presentation.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, or Culinary Arts
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen or teaching role
Freshers with solid practical skills may also apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
