Testing & Analysis: Perform chemical and physical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and final goods. [1]
Instrument Operation: Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab tools such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), pH meters, UV-Vis spectrometers, and balances. [1, 2, 3]
Compliance & Documentation: Record test results in lab notebooks or digital systems (like LIMS or SAP) following GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practice) and GLP (Valuable Laboratory Practices) guidelines. [1, 2, 3]
Deviation Management: Investigate OOS (Out-of-Specification) or OOT (Out-of-Trend) results and help launch corrective actions. [1]
Safety & Audits: Keep a clean, secure workspace and assist during internal or external regulatory audits. [1]

Education & Qualifications
Degree: Bachelor's degree (or Master’s degree) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field. [1, 2, 3]
Experience:



Ranging from 0 to 2 years for junior/fresher roles up to 3–5+ years for mid-level or senior positions. [1, 2]
Key Technical Skills:
Hands-on knowledge of analytical methods (wet chemistry, titration, chromatography).
Familiarity with industry standards like FDA, ISO, GMP, and GLP.
Strong attention to detail and data-recording accuracy.
