Key Responsibilities
Graduate with 3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, and Dealer Management.
Develop and manage a strong network of dealers, contractors, and project customers within the assigned territory.
Generate business opportunities through direct dealer handling and relationship management.
Drive sales through contractors, consultants, builders, electrical dealers, and project channels.
Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve territory growth objectives.
Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships with customers.




Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, and customer support.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

What We're Looking For
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Solid experience in B2B Sales, Direct Dealer Handling, and Project Sales.
Good understanding of the electrical industry and contractor-driven business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify recent business opportunities and effectively manage territory development.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales objectives.
Customer-focused approach with solid business acumen.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
