Job Description

YUK ENGINEERING is looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented GeM Executive who can independently manage government tender portals, including GeM, IREPS and e-Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle GeM, IREPS and other government e-tender portals.
Search suitable tenders and manage bid submission.
Prepare competitive L1 pricing and rate analysis.
Handle GeM Vendor Assessment and OEM coordination.
Prepare tender documents and check eligibility requirements.
Understand EMD exemption, MSE perks, GST and turnover criteria.
Track bid status, technical evaluation, reverse auctions and purchase orders.




Coordinate with vendors and manage tender documentation.

Required Skills:
Practical knowledge of GeM and government tendering.
Robust L1 bidding and pricing skills.
Knowledge of Vendor Assessment and tender compliance.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: A smart, dedicated candidate with hands-on tendering experience and the ability to identify profitable opportunities and help the company win government tenders.
