Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Experience as Admissions Head, Admissions Manager, Enrolment Head, or similar leadership role in a School, University, College, or Educational Institution is mandatory.
Candidates without education sector experience will not be considered.
Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory. Applicants must possess fluent English communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with parents, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving admission and enrolment targets.
Experience in leading admissions teams and managing end-to-end admission operations.
Robust understanding of school admissions, parent counselling, and student enrolment strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions to lead the admissions function and drive student enrolments through strategic planning, exceptional parent engagement, and high-performing admissions operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and extensive experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual admissions strategy to achieve enrolment targets.




Lead, mentor, and manage the Admissions team to ensure high performance.
Design and implement effective admission processes and parent engagement initiatives.
Build solid relationships with prospective parents and guide them throughout the admission journey.
Conduct school presentations, campus tours, counselling sessions, and admission events.
Analyse admission trends, market insights, competitor activities, and enrolment data to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and School Leadership teams to drive admissions.
Ensure timely follow-up with enquiries and maintain excellent conversion ratios.
Develop partnerships with corporates, relocation agencies, preschools, and community organizations to generate admissions.
Prepare admission reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management presentations.
Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure all admission records are updated.
Ensure compliance with school policies and admission guidelines.
Continuously improve the parent experience and uphold the school's brand image.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
