Position: Floor In-Charge

We are looking for a person with strong leadership and communication skills who can manage the sales floor, guide the team, ensure excellent customer service, and support overall showroom growth.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales floor
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Ensure customers receive excellent service and a positive shopping experience
Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and work allocation
Assist customers when required and handle significant customer interactions
Understand customer requirements and ensure proper product/fashion guidance
Coordinate with the sales team and production team for customer requirements and orders
Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-up
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Ensure proper display, arrangement, and presentation of products
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and overall showroom standards
Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the relevant team when required
Prepare and communicate daily sales and floor updates to management




Take initiative to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

Candidate Profile
Smart, confident, well-presented, and qualified
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling ability
Good knowledge or interest in fashion and apparel
Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Previous experience as a Floor In-Charge, Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, or Showroom Supervisor will be an advantage
